Subject to the study of your file, and according to certain conditions, the financing of part or all of your training, Federal Certificate, or professional improvement for example, can even be envisaged.

Massages and power carts for housekeeping staff

We offer an on-the-job massage service for our Housekeeping staff to improve their daily working comfort, reduce the risk of serious injury and contribute to their well-being. They are also provided with electrically assisted motorised trolleys to make it easier for them to transport their equipment.

We offer you access to the fitness centre in your establishment, free access to the region's swimming pools and negotiated rates for the Nonstop Gym network. 

Relaxation

Bonding is important. Therefore, we offer each department the possibility to organise a team outing or team building activity according to their wishes.

The D'CLIC committee

This committee is made up of 10 employees from each establishment who work together to make your working life more pleasant and to create links between everyone through activities, tips and challenges.
